CHLA is actively engaged at the State Capitol protecting and promoting the hotel industry. We are actively tracking several bills of interest/concern to the industry, including HB24-1151 Disclosure of Mandatory Fees, HB24-1130 Privacy of Biometric Identifiers, and SB24-033 Short Term Rental Property Tax Rates.
